My approach of psychotherapy is active, experiential and relational. Through ongoing honest dialogue and moment-to-moment tracking, we work collaboratively to build a safe space where you (as an individual or as a couple) can explore your feelings and struggles without fear of judgement. We together work on shifting your old patterns of expression and behaviors that no longer serve you well as well as exploring new ways of relating and being.
